What is happening?

The Falcon Lifts Team have recently become aware of a phishing scam that involves fraudulent emails and messages being sent to various companies. These messages appear to be from “Melanie Farber” pretending to be our Procurement Officer.

We want to make it clear that these emails are not from Falcon Lifts.

What should you do if you receive a phishing email?

If you receive an email from “Melanie Farber” or other suspicious email addresses, please do not respond.
Instead, we highly encourage you to report them as phishing attempts to your email service provider. By reporting these emails as phishing, you not only protect yourself but also help prevent others from falling victim to similar scams.

See the following guides on how to report phishing emails:

How we’re responding:

We are taking immediate steps to mitigate this threat and protect our customers. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working to identify and block any fraudulent activity. Additionally, we are enhancing our internal security measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and for your continued trust in us.

Sincerely,
The Falcon team
